A renovation and e-configuration of a single bedroom apartment where upon owner's insistence place of the living room and the bedroom were switched

The apartment is located in a Landmark building and has a lot of the original detailing and furnishings

This was another collaboration with KnockOut Renovation as interoior designer and KadievStudio as a supervising architect of record responsible for zoning and code compliance and managing the project through Condo Board, Department of Buildings and Landmarks Preservation Commission reviews and approvals.
